Hi Folks

I have a w reg 1.6 (16v) megane and need to change drive shaft (O/S, drivers side). Have found out that this shaft may have roll pins, or spring loaded without pins

Q1 Can I find out which I have without removing drive shaft ( I can move inner part away from transmission and it springs back so am guessing I have the spring type)

Q2 Can I replace with either type?

contact a dealer with your car details and ask for a price and part number of a new one. search for the part nr on ebay. £200 is typical
