What year is your Clio..and mark?
I think it is telling you that Stop-Start has been turned off by the vehicle systems.
Often due to low or poor battery state.
Battery and charging system would be first thing I would check

If it is the original battery fitted, I would consider replacing it.....6 years old now and that is a good life for a battery.
Get the system checked anyway but do shop about for the battery, prices vary considerably.

 

As my fellow moderator has said ..battery state is low.. stop start will not function when the battery is below 70% of the battery charge.. winter conditions also stop it working.. suggest if you do want the stop start to work you charge the battery using the correct charger for the battery fitted..
