Hi, I have a Laguna 2 ph1, my spanner in the odometer box has been flashing for a while,and although not dangerous it is a wee bit annoying. I just scrolled through the milage-trip-mpg etc with the button on the end of the wiper stalk until I got to the "miles till service" came up (which is now 0 miles), press and hold the trip reset knob between the rev counter/speedometer untill the 18,000 mls appears and stops flashing, and that's it, job done!

i have my 1.9dci senic booked in for its service as the change oil soon light was on but now the little spanner is flashing and the amber service light is on permanently but it does not give any other message.does this light come on when the spanner starts flashing or is it something else?

My 07 Kangoo needs to have the mileage to service numbers reset. There is only one button on the dash and no buttons on the wiper stalk. If I press the button on the dash, then switch on, it goes into some test mode with the clocks jumping and the readout changing back and forth but if I try to release and re-press the black button it just goes back to normal?

Can anyone tell me the sequence for resetting my service light and spanner on a 55 Clio sport 1.5 dci 86, I've tried a variety of suggestions but non worked any help appreciated

This worked straight away unlike how the book tells to do it.

 

On my 2011 Scenic I was getting the orange spanner indicator and "service due in 300 Miles" message at around 35700 miles.

Had a service (with a non Renault garage) who said they couldn't reset the message. You can reset the orange spanner indicator by pressing and holding the stalk button but the text warning always resets to "300 miles", not the 18000 I was expecting. It's not the end of the world but just a pain to have to reset it every 300 miles.

Any ideas?

Hi i have a Renault Clio 1.2 2017 i have the problem with re setting the mileage, it resets ok but always resets to 300 miles, the date sets ok but the mileage will only reset to 300, any body have any ideas please, sorry know this and old thread
