Thanks for all help. I replaced throttle body and it fixed the code and the dash lights.

Hi. I know I'm a few years late but I have the same issue on my van. Any chance you remember how you replaced it ? Is this something I could do myself or would it require taking it to a garage ? I have looked under the bonnet but can't figure out where the throttle body is located. Thank you
