DPF clogged - Check injection?

Here we go again =)
Did a road trip to Europe without any problems, back and forward around 5000 km. Used the car back and forward to work for 1 month and now I have Check injection on dash.
Hooked up a fault code reader and got -
DF312 (speed request)
DF311 (Failed regen limit exceeded)

Tried to force a regen by running the car for 50 km around 3000 rpm which has solved things before - but problem/error wont go.
Did some real time data analyse and got data that soot particles in filter is 90GR!
Number of failed regen attempts = 11
Particle filter differential pressure = Min 10 - Max 677
Exchaust system flow = min 28.4, max 566 m3
Temperature of sensors was from 200-400 degrees.

What can be the problem and I guess there is no easy fix but the DPF needs to be manual cleaned? Or are there other options?
90 gram of soot sounds huge doesn't it?

Car is a grand Espace 2.0 DCI 2009.

Its just have engine running, un tick all other boxes other than diesel

If you have fault codes
Its delete fault codes, switch ignition off wait at least a minute
Now start the engine Do an iss only on engine DONT read fault codes and go for the regen setting see if it will work then

You could try going in on OBD , IGNORE engine off ( It wont damage your Delphi on Renault,)

I dont get that option to regenerate and maybe it is because of my gear? I only get basic options such as "egr", "injection" and two more options. I use Delphi DS150E Autocom CDP Professional Car and Truck Obd2 Diagnostic Tools with bluetooth and it looks like this -

Vacation with kids and family is around corner and I am starting to get little stressed. Sure thing I can just drive the car to the mechanics but I rather skip being robbed.
I hooked it up while I was driving just 1 hour ago to see if there is something obvious and if temperature sensors are broken. The upstream partical filter temperature works as expected (I think) from 50 and goes up to 300-400.

However the downstream is constant at 200 and does not change. Is this normal?

You and instructions are perfect! Fault is at my end. I will go again soon and hook things up to get diff pressure data and check again to see why ISS is not working. I found also a link on youtube (
) but not sure if we are allowed to post links.... Maybe I will try to flush the DPF with DPF cleaner and water and compressor....
But first I need to do some reading on how to =)

Autocom should do a regen ( DElphi should so this easily )
Dont hold me to this as not used it for a few months

Do an ISS, now untick everything other than the diesel engine
Allow it to scan, now go to read codes ,
Then below that on that page that opened should be something like tic tic ( Or words to that ) , use the drop down section, should see regen
Follow on screen instructions
AND dont get out the car, or switch radio on or touch brakes
It gets a bit scary , if at any time you are worried YOU CAN stop it at any time by switching ignition off ..
It will rev up on its own
BEFORE you do a static regen, make sure car is parked on concrete, not on tarmac, you have at Least a 1/4 of a tank of Fuel in, and enough oil in the engine

Looks like my gear/software does not work when ISS is selected. Software thinks for a while and then nothing happens. Will need to double check later today. Btw I have noticed some serious soot contamination on left side of engine near the Turbine upstream pressure sensor. My engine compartment used to be clean..
Maybe this is normal when dpf is clogging? Still need to find where the exhaust is leaking from.

Have you looked under Cabin filter section
What interface is it ?
Have not looked under the cabin filter. What should I look for? To my knowledge when cabin filter housing is removed I can get access to turbo and so on, but what should I look for?
Interface is AutoCom something bought from ebay long time ago. Think the software is Delphi?
