Hi all,
Can anyone advise me on how to repair my megane 2006 digital climate control unit? There appears to be no power to it as it is blank. I have checked the fuse in the glove box but that is fine. Also after this fault was noticed my radio will not switch itself off after I remove the ignition card and open the door? Are these problems linked?

Hi, new to the forum, I have been looking through previous posts to see if there are any problems on here that sound like mine and came accross this one.
I have very simalar issues with my megane 1.9DCi
Climate control just cut out no power at all,screenwash no power at all, cigarette lighter not working, also realised around same time that headlight lamp blown, not sure if all these are connected but first three definately happened same time.
Please any advice would be appreciated, doing my head in:crazy:

Hello Gazza, I gave in and had to take it to a local renault dealer. My fault was down to a wire that had become trapped somehow behind the dashboard. This caused it to short and lose power. £180 and 3 hours later it was repaired. Not impressed but had to get it fixed. Good luck mate, wish I could help more.

had a few of these lately and all been down to the 15 amp radio fuse in glove box , also does cigar lighter and aircon panel , and all fuses had blown due to faulty phone chargers.

Had the same problem with a 2007 megane sports tourer. Changed the radio fuse. Problem solved - Thanks
