what he↑ said and...It's not going to be easy to find...
Is the firmware up to date?
Does it always happen after preset time (the same amount of time) after it's been switched on? (important)
Can you switch the radio on after entering the car before switching ignition on?
Is supply voltage (and earth) to back of unit present when it goes off? (you''d have to monitor it preferably with a test lamp)
Vibration induced?
Temperature induced?
Any other clues? Anything else not working?

I’m sorry I don’t understand most of this I’m awful! But when I first start up my car the radio will come on (along with the screen and audio) eventually the whole system will turn itself off. A couple of seconds later the system will restart but thing else appears to be affected. It does it in irregular intervals so I haven’t been able to identify something that may be causing. Sometimes it will only do it once in a 10minute trip, or sometime you’ll get to about 10 times. It used to go straight back to playing the music once it had turned itself back on , but after a few times of me turning it off immediately (it kept making me jump when the music replayed 😂) it now always goes straight to the screen which displays the time.

First thing to do is to get someone to remove the radio and check the connectors on the back.
