hi guys please excuse me as i am new to this
ime looking for some help, i have a renault master 2016 2.3 dci recovery truck.
earlier this week i travelled approx 780 miles round trip to Scotland and back with no issues the next morning i got in the truck and realised after 15 mins i had no heat in the cab which is odd as its normally warm at this point. i pulled over to check coolant and found the expension tank have raised full to the rim with pressure. i also noticed the radiator had started to leak slightly. following this i replaced the radiator i removed the water pump to find the plastic turbine on the rear snapped in half..... BINGO!!!! replaced the waterpump new rad bled the system via the 3 bleed nipples..... went out on test run still no luck! temp gauge fluctuating. no hot air. long story short ive bled the system 5 times left the cap off overnight tried again today i have hot hair now and the temp is holding at half way however the header tank bottle is stone cold after a 15 mile test run and the top rad hose is cold also with alot of pressure in.
does any one have any ideas?????
