hi, just getting my 53 megane rady for MOT sounds daft but i only have one working rear fog light, driverside. is this right??

Do you mean there is no rear fog light fitted on the nearside, or the one on the left is not working? some cars only have one rear fog light fitted on the right, if so this is perfectly legal and it will not fail the mot but it would be illegal to drive on the continent.
