TRAFIC 3 ADBLUE FAULT

So I posted an issue with another van and received advice immediately which I was over the moon with, however I have another van in the workshop I have an issue with if anyone can help.

So the customer's instrument cluster/dashboard lights don't work. They work in the sense you can indicate etc but any error messages that appear can't be seen. As a result of this the customer has let the adblue level run to zero and now the van won't start off the key.

It starts with a bump start and runs fine however will not start off the key and the adblue/urea/emissions light on the dash stays on with the service spanner light.

Topped up the adblue, and then left it with ignition on to let it register adblue in the reservoir, however it will not go away.

I ahve read around that sometimes you need to force the adblue to accept a new reading, before it will clear. I have a snap on zeus, and various launch and other OBD systems, however none of them allow me to do this. I have read that this may be possible by renolink but wanted some advice.

Something else I read as well was that there was a glitch in the ECU that meant that when this happened it needed to go to main dealer for an ECU update, apparently there was a technical bulletin about this. I have called main dealer and they are coming back to me but in the meantime wanted to know if anyone had any experience with this?

Any help would be appreciated, and also I can offer any help with anyone who has issues with anything where I can we are seeing more and more of these trafic/vivaro with the R9M engine in......thanks
