Engine cranking but won't start

Hi

i have a renault master 2013 with 2.3 DCI engine
the engine is cranking but not starting and there is no dtc on the modules, on ECM is no any fault memory when i read measure values to engine speed crankshaft rpm when i try to start is not caunting more then 235 rpm, fuel is comming to the injectors, with start spray engine starts but not with fuel, if you can give me any advice please,

Has it got a primer bulb under the drivers wing, lift bonnet lid, looking under the top of the drivers wing where the fuel filter housing is.
If yes, pump this until it feels firm(ish)
With a helper, get them to try and start it, you spray Easy-start and at the same time keep pumping the bulb, see if that allows it to start , keep priming and spraying once engine is running on just diesel ( Sound will change ), then rev to around 2500, and hold it there for at least 2 minutes .

but this one has no primer bulb under wing but when i open tube of fuel to the injectors it brings the fuel when cranking

but how much pressure , if no primer bulb, then an electric pump in the tank, can you hear this when ignition is switched on, ????????????

is glow plug light coming on, on the dash when ignition is first switched on ?

i hope you doing well

i send the all modules scaned with faults

the rail pressure doesn't reach more than 342 bar as i trayed few times,

the first fault was on ECU because there is low battery but with an external battery with cables im traying or battery booster but these faults can ereased, and these others ar on IC instrument cluster and others

The battery of the car has low woltage but im supportin with an external battery and this is why it shows low voltage
the cruise control has not worked on the car since a year, but these ar all faults on these address.
