Remove Glove box Clio MkII 53 reg

Hi,

I have a suspected fault with the UCH on my 53 reg Clio and need to remove it to send it for repair (hopefully it can be repaired!)

I think I need to remove the glove box to be able to do this but I'm unsure how. I've removed the sliver trim and undone the 3 torx bolts but the glove box remains firmly in place. I can't see any other screws/bolts holding it place either?

Any ideas?

hi i have the same problem on my 54 plate, ive un done the 3 torx screws, however there is another on the left side of the glove box at the bootom near your fueses on the side. prise the panel open and another torx is there. im at this stage but the glove box still does not want to come out. any ideas?

dont know the clio so this is just a guess also
not sure if if this going to make sense but here goes

look at the bottom and top of your box are there any slits about half an inch long if so you need to slide ina flathead screwdriver and gently prise the bit up or down for top one
