Hi guys...I have a Renault Kangoo MK2 1.5dci ..had a code PO0089 come up on my scanner ..says Fuel pressure regulator which is bolted to the lower back of the diesel pump with a 2 pin brown connector block ..also there is a sensor sitting just above it which is the diesel temperature sensor with a green connector
..I have changed both these sensors but stiil have the red stop lightwhist driving especially on small inclines orhills
My question is ...Is there a Fuel pressure sensor located on the underside of the fuel rail like the one pictured below ..the fuel rail is round like a spider with then connects to a threaded end on then there are 4 I can visualise with a pipes coming off it to the top of each injector ...but how do I remove it as there is a thick black plastic glow plug wire and injector wire at the front any screws or bolts for this removing this ?are they hidden how do I access them .. how do I remove them so I can then visualise if there is another sensor hiding below ..? I'm pretty stuck a friend has told me that there is another sensor hiding underneath the spider which screws on but I can't even see it or locate it ..just wanted to know if there is deffinatley a three pin sensor with a black connector sitting under neath the fuel rail spider any help in how to remove it would be greatly appreciated
