on my mk.2 battery terminal has fuses under cover , and the mk.2 you have to split open fuse box to access maxi fuse for the big 80 amps jobs, my mk.3 ( yes i have one of each ) i can look tomorrow

Fuses and relays Renault Scenic 3 (JZ; 2009-2016) see passenger fuse box - fuse #24 above relay A and fuse #31 or engine fuse box fuse #18

 

Checked the fuses in passenger compartment and they seem fine. My engine fuse box is slightly different though. It’s all the same until you get to the UPC fuse as shown in picture.

 

all i can say is check fuses with multimeter.... remove and test as some times they look ok when in place

 

So I changed the 2 passenger compartment ones and now have 2 fault codes. One the same and the other new.

My engine compartment fuse box doesn’t have a UPC fuse like the one you sent a link too as shown in picture.
