Hi,
I dont know if this is already a problem but this is my first post !
I have recently bought a 1999 Renault Clio 1.2 Grande and have taken it to a garage for its MOT. The garage called to tell me that the MOT had been aborted as when they were testing the exhaust emissions my car overheated.
The garage told me they didnt know what the problem was or how much it would cost to fix but that it would need to be done before the MOT (due at the end of the month). My car was fine to drive previously and fine to drive since and has never overheated, I do about two hours continous travelling in it once per week and it has never caused me a problem.
Does anyone have an idea what the problem could be ?
Thanks
