Can UCH error (on megane II) prevent car from starting?

Hello
have several error codes (read by Autel Diaglink)
DF005: weak card battery, checked it, is new.
DF010: combined stalk unther steering wheel circuit......
DF004: stop switch circuit

I have removed the electrical ,box near the battery (right hand of accu if standing in front of car.), cleaned connectors.

I removed the UHC left (drivers side) unther the stearing wheel. Cleaned connectors (contact spray).

My question:

any more suggestions?
can the UHC prevent car from starting? As far as I untherstand, the UHC is related to "non motor issue manegement".
I have found one more cable near UHC, not connected (see picture). Any one has an idea what it is for?

The engine goes around but doesn't start.
TIA

Hello
sorry for the brief explanation, here it comes.

Had several other errors before, sometimes starting, then not.
Found out that the problem has been provoked by water entering the fuse box under the engine cover. Cleaned it out and I could already remove all errors from the UCH.

As I could not enter the engine calculator, the road assistance came by. He could not get in it either, nor he could start the engine. He could read some error about not having tension behind the contact (start button).

He went, we did push the car outside. I decided to try again, and miracle: he started. So I guess it is also some bad connection somewhere. When rolling out the garage the car gets a little shock from the difference in level. Now my question is this:
Does anyone has any suggestion, or knows where to find some schema. Maybe a relay or whatever, but it is hard to measure things without schema.

TIA

Hoi
left hand drive indeed, petrol 2004. 1400cc 16V
The codes I could read and resolve, came out the UCH.
DF005: weak card battery, checked it, is new. (resolved)
DF010: combined stalk unther steering wheel circuit......(resolved)
DF004: stop switch circuit (resolved)

The other codes did read out the road assistant.
The other came from throttle valve, (resolved), injection (no idea if still there),
oil level sensor short-connected(no idea if still there).
Anyway the only one the road assistant could read was something about not getting 12V after the contact.

Did not try to push and start (no pushers), but also when the car sometimes refused to start, I did let come up the clutch,
while pushing the start button, the car shaked a bit ahead and started again.

Any Idea, schema?
Cheers

How did you resolve the stop switch, is that the actual engine stop switch..
That you sorted, Or the brake stop switch circuit
As DF004 Brake light switch circuit

I cleaned and contact sprayed the connections in the fuse box under the engine cover and the connectors from the UCH inside left at the drivers feet.

Guess it was indeed the brake stop switch. All those problems I think have been provoked by bad contacts due to corrosion/dirt/h2o.

I am new to this computer error readings.

Know where to find electrical schema's?

Cheers
