Hi
Guys
I would appreciate any advise on my latest clio problem please
I have a clio 2000 1.4 that is running rough on tick over. When first started it runs ok then after a few mins starts hunting up and down. I have tried a idle control valve but still the same. I have changed the complete throttle body. On this the throttle body is like a trumpet thing that just sits in the inlet manifold and the air filter sits on the top. If i remove the air filter there is the choke flap in the middle and to the side there is like an air chamber that leads down towards the VDO idle control valve. If i block that chamber off leaving only a very small hole the engine runs and ticks over properly. Any ideas other than just leaving it blocked off???????????
