can anyone give me a complete breakdown on how to remove the glove box from a renault clio expression 52 reg i have looked in my manual but it doesn't say.

I cannot hep you with your Clio , but from experience with my Meganne I found the Haynes manual was very good for this problem.
What manual are you referring to .?

you do surprise me, I haven't got a Haynes for the Clio, so cannot check. Have you looked at the dash removal section ? the glove box would have to come out for that so it may be hidden there ?

Looks to me like the main glovebox is part of the lower dash assembly.
The lid will come off if you drill out the rivets underneath it.
