Intake Manifold - Bolt torque specs

Hey guys

I have a Renualt megane 5 door mk2 2006 1.6 16v petrol.

I need to take off my inlet manifold as there is mess all in between the channels.

Does anyone know the:

1) Tightening sequence of the bolts.
2) What the torque specs are (Nm) for the bolts.

11nm for the bolts.
Sequence, just do corner to corner, then side to side.

Inside out, start from the centre
Dont take the pi55 out of my attempt to add text.. ( DD , S2, Notty, Or anyone Else I might have forgotten that usually does,, Phil )

Use grease over the seals,.. DO not use a gasket sealant of any type
