Analogue Audio, USB Digital, never the twain shall meet.
Has this radio got Bluetooth? My 2010 Tragic radio Has.
Perhaps a picture of the front will help identify.
Have you a users handbook, which may bear fruit radio model wise?
All else fails, read the ******* manual.

 

yes it has Bluetooth which I have connected to my phone. which is why I was asking about the aux inputs for my iPod as using the phone for music isn't practical

 

Same radio as mine.
One can have more than one Bluetooth Pairing. But whether it's practical or even possible to do Music & Phone, I have no idea.
What I Do know, is that a cheap phono to 3.5mm jack lead WILL work with your Ipod if it has a 3.5mm Socket, set to Aux.
OR as your toons are probably MP3, burn them to a CD & stuff said CD in. Get about 11 albums on a CD. An incoming phone call WILL pause the CD & override the audio.
