Hi,
2003 Megane MkII 1.9dci 3 door
When I use the control to adjust the wing mirror in it does move up and down and side-to-side however when I try to adjust it in so I have a slither of the car in the mirror (helps with perspective) it wont go in far enough.
I have tried operating the control and physically and pushing the mirror with my thumb at the same time but it doesnt help.
I can hear the motor but it doesnt go in any further.
I am aware it might have been clipped but I cant see any damage and like I say it does move in all other directions.
Is there any suggestion for me to fix this without?
A) Paying renault for a new mirror.
B) Finding one from a breakers and having it the wrong shade.
I've moved my seat back to improve the angle but I look a bit like a like a boy racer rather than IAM memeber.
