OBD2 codes P2002, P2101 & P2453 Espace M9R

I had code P2002 'Particulate trap efficiency below threshold/ particle filter bank 1 malfunction' stored on ecu, code P2101 Throttle Actuator Control Motor Circuit Range/Performance as pending and when i accelarate hard P2453 'Diesel Particle Filter Differential Pressure Sensor: Implausible Signal' comes up under pending on the code reader along with check injection and check emmisions come up on dash. Cleared codes and 'Regenerate FAP' is now on dash.

EGR is clean as a whistle.

Any ideas?

Check the rubber pipe coming off your DPF from under the car..

Code is pointing to the hose being split,,

Hose had perished at both sides of DPF just like you said! cut back the freyed bits, inserted hose connectors to join on some fuel hose with some jubilee clips and jobs a good un! no more service light!
