A few days ago my temperature gauge light came on at the dashboard and the fan came on, first time I have even noticed the fan coming on in the car.. After checking my coolant I noticed there was no water in the coolant bottle so I topped it up. After doing so I noticed water leaking from I think the radiator of the car. Once the water has disappeared from the bottle the leaking stops. I have been topping up the water everyday before driving I haven't been driving long journeys however, I think the leak is getting worse. There is no steam coming out the coolant bottle when I open it
Can anyone help me as to what the problem is?

If you can't actually see where the water is leaking out it may be a perished hose rather than a cracked radiator. As Noel says get it checked out asap and driving it is taking a considerable gamble.
