I have a wiper problem on my 04 reg 1.9dCi Megane that has surfaced recently.
Switching on the wipers from the off position has no response until the fast setting - they appear to work normally on fast.
Switching down to normal speed, the wipers vary between normal and 'stuttered' operation, where they jerk across the screen, often stopping for a bit before starting again.
Switching down again to intermittent, they stop completely.
I think I have automatic intermittent wipers - I have automatic lights fitted also.
Has anyone else experienced this problem? I assume the motor is ok since fast speed works ok. Could this be an issue with the stalk?
