clio mk2 2004 1.2 16v blower not working

hi i brought this car, cant seem to work out the problem, or find the source of the problem, my blowers dont work at all, i have tried the fuse, dont know what im looking for.

Ours is mounted directly under the pollen filter. Water got in and rotted the motor brush leads. Not too hard or expensive to replace.

hi

The blower fan is under the bonnet and easily accessed.
It's under the plastic cover just in front of the windscreen
