Post a picture of Your fuse box, you should see two fuses in the underbonnet fusebox that are on their own
4th row down taking the corner as being at the top.
Second fuse in is for the starter..
Use a voltmeter to see if you are actually getting power here, when start button is pressed..

Fuse 1 Heating control 80.0 A ( white fuse is number one )
Fuse 2 Preheating control unit 70.0 A
Fuse 3 Not used
Fuse 4 Heating control 80.0 A
Fuse 5 Cooling fan (60A also used) 40.0 A
Fuse 6 Diesel fuel heater relay 20.0 A ( yellow fuse )
Fuse 7 Not used
Fuse 8 Cooling fan relay ( green fuse )
Relay = fuel heater relay

Thats for Your picture and what the fuses and relay are

what fuse box is that, and where.
Down the side of your battery, a cover, this cover is flat, under this cover, a black box, with no fuses visible, pull this box up, fuses are there.
Check in there
Not easy to get this fuse box up, but looking at it with the cover off.
Look for the triangle thats missing off the square or assume its a square box, Triangle at the top, as you look at it left hand side it is clipped in, screwdriver down at the middle of this, and you can lift the fuse box up and out.
Careful,, as the wiring comes up with it.
