Can you change the display to show other information like 'range / distance to empty' or 'fuel used'?

 

welcome to the forum. Not all models have all of the computer functions, did yours have fuel consumption and has stopped showing it or has it never shown consumption. What trim level is the car.

 

On board computer did not show any information about fuel. There are only flashing dashes. Man, which had a car before me sad, that showing a information about fuel was OK to some time.

But it is strange, that I can´t make a restart or get to servis menu of on board computer. Maybe I do it badly.

In my car is full equipment, there is not only navigation, speed control and elektrical settings of seats.

 

If you have that sort of equipment level I suspect you should have the fuel consumption on the computer, it may be an issue with a sensor.

With the ignition off, hold the computer button on the end of the wiper stalk, turn ignition on (don't start car) and the system should self test. The dials will step forward and back and the readouts will flash through various numbers.
To put back into normal mode, turn ignition off and back on.
