broke the head light top fixing bracket so need to repair that some how, off now to collect the new rad, Thanks again,

 

Good for You, Re Headlights, I've had many plaggy headlights held solidly in place by Cable ties & fat washers to span the broken fixings. As long as they're secure & aimed right, Mr MOT man has never quibbled.

 

I'm going to be brave and try and join the parts back together with a hot glue gun and locking wire :grin2:

if that fails cableties and a large washer :wink2:

 

If using a hot gun, Melt a cable, use the cable tie as a filler/glue

 

Here you are, I drilled 2 3.5mm holes in the black trim without touching the "glass".

 

Gotta love a good bodge :laugh:
