Good Afternoon
I have had an on going problem with my Master for some months now and to be honest I can not get to the bottom of it.
The van is a chassis cab 2007 2.5 DCi G9U750 with the 6 speed gearbox.
The problem I am having is it cuts out all of the time mainly when its under load, this results in non starting it will start with the devils spray(easy start).
The following fault codes I get:
Fuel pressure
Glow plug circuit
I have fitted the following parts:
four injectors
fuel rail with sensor
fuel pump sensor
fuel pump from another running van
engine wiring loom
removed and cleaned tank
fuel cut of switch
glow plug relay timer
fuel filter
crank shaft sensor
These parts after fitting have solved the problem for about a day.
I have checked live data and I am getting 600-800 psi on start up and over a 1000 when reving.
I have checked all of the engine bay wires with a multi meter and all that cam back was the fuel pressure rail was getting 5v on both live terminals and the earth was good, I was under the impression one terminal should be 0.5v and the other 5v would this lead to an ECU problem.
Any help would be great as I now have many more grey hairs tan I did before this started.
