Urgent : Acceleration Problem (Long Term Issue, Not Resolved) Megane MKII Petrol

I've spoken about this before on a previous thread. I apologise if some deem this thread unnecessary, but I'm at a loss and in need of support from the dedicated members of the Renault Forum.

Issue: When I accelerate, the car slightly judders. The rate of acceleration is poor during the judder. I have no option but to keep the gas pedal firmly to the floor to gain as much speed as I can. The acceleration normalizes when my revs are high (3000+).

Here are a few things I've noticed:
1) The problem starts approx 1 minute after starting the car.
2) The issue starts when the engine temp needle begins to rise.
3) The engine emits a ticking noise when the acceleration issue occurs.
4) The issue goes away after 3-4 minutes of driving (a minute after engine reaches operating temperature).
5) Important: The issue only occurs once a day. It's always on the first journey of the day.

The things I've done to try and resolve the issue:
1) Changed engine oil and oil filter.
2) Changed air and cabin filter.
3) Replaced spark plugs.
4) Sealed a cam cover bolt to stop oil seeping from under it (as advised on this forum to resolve the oil leak).
5) Cleaned throttle body.
6) Replaced upper intake manifold gaskets.

Possible culprits:
1) Faulty brake light switch.
2) Faulty pencil coil(s).
3) Faulty map sensor.
4) Blocked fuel filter.
5) Cracked cylinder wall.
6) Cracked hose(s).
7) Faulty coolant temp sensor.
8) Failing fuel pump.
9) Stuck thermostat.
10) Excessive wear on the duel mass fly wheel.

Could the ticking noise be a rattly tappet until oil pressure builds up? I think you can discount most of the possible culprits above as the car runs normally 99% of the time. :wink2:.

Rattly tappet, wouldn't that happen each time I start the car? Ticking noise only occurs when the acceleration issue occurs.

RW just said it, most of the culprits would not only occur at first start.

Coolant temp sensor is a favourite with cold start issues.

Possible coils breaking down under cold load but wouldn't be my first choice.
TDC and or cam sensor possible but again usually issues would show more regularly. I would check and clean TDC sensor though.... they do collect dirt and cause issues when they do.....
Remember the issue may actually be there anyway but showing more when cold.
Where is the TDC and Cam Sensor located? Are they easy to remove for inspection and clean?

Update: Installed new coil pack 2 days ago. The car hasn't presented the acceleration issue since. I will continue to monitor for the rest of the week.

Thank you.
